• Deputy General Manager HR and Administration in a LPG bottling and Cylinder manufacturing company. Looking after administration of 21 bottling plants & 3 cylinder manufacturing units.  Instrumental in set up of the company’s new venture for Auto LPG Dispensing Stations (ALDS).  The team set up more than 50 stations in a record-breaking time. • Vice President HR and LPG for Manas Agro Industries and Infrastructure Ltd.  The company works in total 9 different segments.  HR and administration for the company is centralised as corporate HR which I am leading.   Working with this company since 2013, handled amalgamation of seven different companies into one.  Worked extensively in synergizing manpower and goals of the organisation.  Handling LPG segment for last 3 years.  Leading a very capable team of professionals driven to perform.

Mr. Gajanan Thawkar

Mr. Gajanan Thawkar is currently General Manager (Marketing) for the Packed Cylinder LPG Division of Manas Group.

Mr. Thawkar joined the Group in February 2017. Before that, he served as Area Business Manager, MP State for Mahindra Trucks & Buses Division. He has also worked with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (Maharatna PSU Oil Co) as Area Manager ( Industrial Fuels & LPG) MP Region for nearly a decade. He was also briefly associated with TATA Motors (Passenger Cars) in the Sales & Service Division. In a career spanning 17 years, he has extensively worked in Sales, Business Development  & Key Accounts Management functions.

Mr. Thawkar has earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from SGSITS, Indore, and a Masters(MMS) degree in Marketing from JBIMS, Mumbai.
